Violet M. Gooding

Violet M. Gooding age 41 of Colchester, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2017, at 5Memorial Hospital in Springfield, Illinois. She was born January 15, 1977, in Knoxville, Tennessee, to Lorna Morrell. Violet was united in marriage on May 22, 1998, to Jeremy Gooding.
Surviving to mourn her passing is her Mother: Lorna Morrell, West Virginia, Husband: Jeremy Gooding, Colchester, her twin daughters: Alissa and Cheyenne Gooding, both of Colchester, 2 Brothers and 1 Sister.
Violet was preceded in death by her beloved Bull Dog this year Mac.
Violet had worked for the Macomb School District in food service. Violet’s life was her family, she loved being with her girls, whether playing games, shopping, taking walks or going out to eat.
Visitation with the family will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday, April 16, 2018, at the Jones Mortuary in Colchester. No services will follow the visitation. Friends may sign the register book at the funeral home after 9:00 A.M. Monday, April 16. Memorial is to the family to help with funeral expenses.
