Michael D. McHone

Michael D McHone age 59 of Plymouth (Gin ridge) IL, passed away, Tuesday June 20, 2023 at McDonough District Hospital. He was born August 7, 1963, in Macomb, IL to Danny (Barb) McHone of Plymouth and Linda McHone- Fowler of Macomb. They survive. Mike is survived by 1 son Mitchell McHone and 2 daughters, Melissa McHone of Industry, IL and Mindy (Travis) Johnson of Springfield, IL. 1 grandson Nathan Humphrey, 3 granddaughters, Emily and Ariel Humphrey, and Aubrey McHone. 2 brothers, Paul (Carla) McHone of Industry, IL, Rick (Robin) McHone Of Plymouth (Gin ridge) IL, along with many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.

Preceding him in death is his sister Lynette McHone, his stepfather Keros Fowler, and his grandparents. Mike was a 1981 graduate of Industry High School. He worked for many farmers over the years and helped his dad on the family farm.

Mike was always ready for a good time with friends and most knew just where they could find him.

Celebration of Life service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Friday, June 23, 2023, at the Jones Mortuary with Minister Paul McHone.  Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.  A private burial will take place at a later date at Bethel Cemetery.  Memorial is to the Family of Michael McHone.
