Mary Jolene Miller

Mary Jolene Miller, 87, of Lincoln went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at The Christian Village Nursing Home in Lincoln. She formerly resided in Mesa, AZ, and Pekin.

Private family services will be held at the Mount Auburn Cemetery in Colchester, Illinois.

Mary Jolene Martin was born on April 7, 1928 in Colchester the daughter of Archie Leroy and Nancy Arvilla Mourning Martin. She was united in marriage to Robert L. Miller on January 12, 1950 . He preceded her in death on May 13, 2001.

Surviving Mrs. Miller are her three sons: D. Brent (Lin) Miller of South Lebanon, OH., R. Brian (Gigi) Miller of Carmel, IN., A. Barry (Karen) Miller of Lincoln. One sister: Dorothy Jean (Lloyd) Yetter of Colchester. Six grandchildren, two step grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, six step great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister: Betty Lee Martin La Joie of Montana, one brother: Charles Leroy Martin of Texas.

Memorials may be made to Safe Haven Hospice, The Christian Village, or the Colchester United Methodist Church Youth Group.

Jones Mortuary is in charge of local arrangements.
