Lisa Shepler Obituary

Lisa K. Shepler age 56 of Colchester, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018, at St. Johns Hospital, Springfield, Illinois. She was born September 17, 1961 in Macomb, to James Keith and Vivian Norris Parker, both of her parents preceded her in death. She was united in marriage on June 10, 1995 in Colchester, to Jerry Shepler.
Surviving to mourn her passing is her husband, Jerry Shepler of Colchester, 2 Sons; Rusty (Katye Smith) Bostic, Colchester, Jerry (Tiffany) Shepler, Bowen, 3 Daughters: Angela (James) Richardson, Colchester, Beth (Mike Gray) Bostic, West Ben Iowa, Michelle (Troy) Martin, Fowler, 18 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, 3 Brothers: James (Marla) Parker, Colchester, David Parker, Tennessee, Mike (Barb) Parker, Tennessee, and 1 Sister: Karen (John) Henson, Augusta.
Lisa had worked at Colchester Shell. She enjoyed berry picking, flowers, reading painting, making homemade jams and her homemade wine. She enjoyed the time she spent on the Harley Davison. Most of all Lisa loved being with her family and cats.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 3, 2018, at Scotts Cemetery rural Plymouth, with Pastor Jim Richardson. Friends may sign the register book at the Jones Mortuary in Colchester from 9:00 to 5:00 Friday, March 2, 2018. Memorial is to Colchester Rescue Squad.
