Lila Jean (Ray) Hayden

Lila Jean Hayden, age 90 of Cuba, passed away, Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Clayberg Nursing Home in Cuba.   She was born August 21, 1935, to Fred and Edith Seaman Ray in Havana, IL. Lila was united in marriage in 1989, to Dale Hayden, he precedes her.

Surviving to mourn Lila’s passing is 1 son: Alan Fleming, Manito, IL,  1 daughter: Nancy Himmelrick, Havana, IL, 4 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.

Lila was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 1 son: Jimmy Fleming, 1 granddaughter, 5 brothers: Ivan Ray, Cleo Ray, Burford Ray, Arnold Ray, and Arthur Ray, and 1 sister Bealugh Blackbil.

Lila worked at the United States Postal Service, and when she had spare time her favorite things to do were reading her Bible, cooking, and working in the yard.
