Lana S. Wheeler age 67 of Prairie City, passed away at 2:26 P.M. Sunday, May 24, 2015, at the Prairie City Healthcare and Rehab. She was born August 2, 1947, in Macomb to Paul S. and Lola Wells Powell. Lana was united in marriage to George Wheeler. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Surviving to mourn her passing are 1 Son: Paul and Crystal Eddington, Colchester, 1 Brother: Michael and Sally Powell, Macomb.
She was a Homemaker.
Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 28, 2015, at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Colchester. Friends may view and sign the register book at the Jones Mortuary in Colchester after 10:00 A.M. Wednesday. Memorial is to the Colchester Rescue Squad. Condolences may be expressed to the family at Jonesmortuaryfh.com.
