Kenneth A Renner

    Kenneth A Renner, 61 of Industry, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022, after a long battle of cancer.  He was born October 27, 1961, at the St. Francis Hospital in Macomb, Illinois.  He was the eldest son of Willard Renner and Wanda (Hutson) Parker of Industry.

    Kenny is survived by his mother, Wanda Parker, Industry, 1 brother: Kent (Margaret) Renner, Industry, 1 sister: Julie Renner, Galesburg, grandnephews: Wyatt and Wes and their mother, Shelly Larson, Industry, nephew: Chris (Heidi) Renner, grandnephews: Christopher and James, and 1 niece: Nickie Pershing of Central Illinois.  Kenny was close to his stepbrothers: Virgil Paul and Scott Parker.  He is also survived by his special friend Lisa Tingley.

    Kenny is preceded in death by his father: Willard Renner, nephew: Michael Renner, his grandparents, step father: Virgil Parker and his dog, Pity.

    Kenny had worked at King Sealy, Midwest Control, Yetter Manufacturing and for the last 17 years at Mahoney Foundry in Vermont, Illinois.

    He loved the outdoors and everything to do with the outside.  Hunting, camping, mushroom hunting, but his passion was fishing.  Any area pond, lake or stream Kenny had tried his luck in.

    Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, April 14, 2022, at the Jones Mortuary in Colchester.  A celebration of Kenny’s life will be held at Nettie Parker’s in Industry at a later date.  Friends may view and sign the register book at the funeral home after 8:30 A.M.
