Keith E. Murfin

Keith E. Murfin age 78 of Bushnell, Illinois, passed away Monday July 31, 2017, at O.S.F. in Peoria. He was born November 6, 1938 in Macomb, to Sam and Maxine Hodge Murfin. Keith was united in marriage on June 11, 1960 in Macomb, to Judy Roberts Murfin, she survives of Bushnell.
Surviving to mourn his passing are his wife of 57 years Judy of Bushnell, 1 Son: Brad Murfin (Luz), Vacaville, Calif., 3 Daughters: Kelly Raymond, Yellville, Ark., Laura Malott (Brian), Bushnell, Holly Luna (Kirk), Minooka, Illinois, 7 Grandchildren: Matthew Raymond (Lindsay), Madison, Wisconsin, Elliott Malott, Fort Myers Florida, Chase Malott, Bushnell, Illinois, Cyndi Anderson (Meryl), Yelloille, Arkansas, Brad Murfin Jr., Vacaville, California, Tommy Luna (Rangel), Minooka, Illinois, 3 Great Grandchildren: Deserae Marie Hamilton, Cole Roger Anderson, Emmaline Grace Raymond, 1 Sister: Carol Stormer (Paul), Danville, Illinois.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents, 2 Sisters: Ruth Huston, Norma Jean Fyffe Haws.
Keith had worked at the Colchester Brick and Tile Company, then as a farm hand in the Bushnell area for over 50 years. He was a hardworking man, who loved his family with every fiber of his being.
Graveside services will be 3:00 P.M. Thursday, August 3, 2017, at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Colchester, with Rev. Mark Wolford. Jones Mortuary in Colchester is handling arrangements for the family.
