James Keith Tones

James Keith Tones age 71 of Quincy, Illinois formerly of Macomb, Illinois, passed away October 10, 2016, at Sycamore Healthcare Center, Quincy, Illinois. He was born November 16, 1944, in Macomb, Illinois to Raymond and Esther Phelps Tones. James was united in marriage to Vivian Mason in 1964 then divorced in 1986, She survives.
Surviving to mourn his passing is 2 Sons: Lonnie Tones, Columbia, Missouri, Kevin Tones, Carthage, Illinois, 1 Daughter: Tina Tones, Keokuk, Iowa, 4 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren, 2 Brothers: Delbert Tones, Macomb, Steve Tones, Blandinsville, 1 Sister: Janice McCoy, Good Hope, 2 Aunts: Delores Hodges, Macomb, Irene Lantz, Colchester along with many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
James was preceded in death by his parents, 1 Sister: Bernice McAdams, Brother In Law: Don McCoy, 1 Nephew: Roger McCoy.
James had been employed for many years by the City of Macomb in the sewage department. He was an avid sports fan along with a true die hard Chicago Cub fan
Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, October 14, 2016, at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Colchester, with Rev. Aron Baker. Memorial is to Donors Choice. Condolences may be expressed to the family at jonesmortuaryfh.com
