Twins Ivy’onna Cheryl-Ann Perry (Pink Blanket) and Avy’onna Elaine-May Perry (Purple Blanket). Ivy’onna was born January 21, 2025, and passed away January 21, 2025 at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb, Illinois. Avy’onna was born January 22, 2025, and passed away January 22, 2025 at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb, Illinois.

The daughters of Catlyn Johnson and Shondale Perry.

Surviving to mourn is the Mother: Catlyn Johnson (Macomb), Father: Shondale Perry (Alma Arkansas), Two Sisters: Shealyn and Nyaesha Triplett (Macomb), Maternal Grandmother: Adele Johnson (Danville Kentucky), Maternal Grandfather: Shawn Malone (Moberly Missouri), and Paternal Grandfather: Gary Perry (Alma Arkansas).

They were preceded in death by Paternal Grandmother Karen Perry, and Maternal Great Grandmother Cheryl Omalley.

We are in Heaven, God took us by our hands. Wrapped us in his love, gently led us to his land. We will always be your babies, our hearts joined by love. Perfect as angels, we are watching from above. We are a part of you, though brief the time we shared. Take comfort, be healed, we are safe in a loving place. Remember us with joy, lift a smile to the skies, say a prayer for us, and let there be no sad goodbyes. One day we will meet again, a lifetime we will wait. You will know the little angels with outstretched arms waiting at Heaven’s gate.

Cremation rites have been accorded, no services are planned at this time. Jones Funeral Chapel in Colchester is handling the arrangements for the family.
