Dev of Colchester, Illinois passed away at her home on Saturday, May 26th, 2018. Cremation rights have been accorded. Jones Mortuary is handleing arrangements. Information regarding a memorial event will be forthcoming. Donations may be made in Dev's memory to Colchester Area Relief Effort (C.A.R.E.) at 108 E Market St, Colchester, IL 62326.
