Delbert C. Manard

Delbert C. Manard age 92 of Colchester, passed away, Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at Wesley Village Health Care in Macomb. He was born October 3, 1926, in La Clede, MO. to Lloyd M and Velma M. Griswold Manard. He was united in marriage to Wanda June Peck in Macomb, August, 22, 1948.

Surviving to mourn his passing is his Son; Joseph E. Manard, Colchester and several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Delbert was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 1 Daughter; Joan Manard, 2 Sisters; Veta Marie Harper, Katherine LaVerne Manard, 2 Brothers; Robert Griswold Manard and Lloyd Melvin Manard Jr.

Delbert was a life time farmer, he had served on the Board of Directors of McDonough Telephone Coop.and the Colchester State Bank, 50 year member of Bushnell Masonic Lodge. Served his county in the United States Army, of which he was stationed in Japan.

Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, May 18, 2019, at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Colchester with Rev. Lyren Haney. Visitation with the family will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday at the Jones Mortuary in Colchester. Memorial is to Friendship Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed to the family at jonesmortuaryfh.com
