David L. Frank age 66 of Blandinsville, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at his home in Blandinsville. Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Jones Mortuary in Colchester is handling arrangements.
