Curtis D. Keeney age 46 of Good Hope, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, July 7, 2023, at his home in Good Hope. He was born October 25, 1976, in Macomb to John C. and Debra McDonald Keeney. Curtis was united in marriage to Jennifer Humes, May 16, 1996, in Blandinsville then later married to Mindy Lowe on May 19, 2023, in Macomb.
Surviving to mourn his passing are his wife Mindy Lowe, Good Hope, his children: Ashley (Russell Schneider) Keeney, Monmouth, Emily Gray, Macomb, Abby Keeney, Macomb, step children: Josie Bell, Good Hope, Jacob Bell, Good Hope 2 grandchildren: Aubrey Schneider and Kyle Schneider, niece and nephew: Quenton Dooley, Scarlett Smith, great nieces: Emma Torgerson-Whiby, Luna Mack, and 1 sister: Kimberly Dooley, Bushnell,
Curtis was preceded in death by his parents.
Curtis started driving a truck in 1996. He was an owner / operator and drove for Parkins Trucking. He loved to watch dirt track racing, demolition derby, old westerns and getting to watch National Lampoon Christmas Vacation. Most of all Curtis loved his family especially his grand children and enjoyed all the time he got to spend with them.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of life luncheon will be held at 12 noon July 22, 2023, at Wolf River, 8440 U.S. Highway 136, Colchester. Memorial is to the family.
